Wake-up detection runs on your Apple Watch and iPhone. Sleep and step data are read locally and never leave your devices.
With your permission the app reads sleep data from Apple Health solely to compute your wake time. It never writes to Health and never uses Health data for advertising or any other purpose.
No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no identifiers. Reminders are scheduled locally. There is nothing to sell, share or delete on your behalf.
Motion and fitness access is used to read step counts on your watch — a long quiet stretch followed by sustained walking marks your wake-up. Health access is requested explicitly and covers sleep analysis only. Notifications are your reminders; they are created and delivered on-device.
The diagnostics log (wake times, detection sources, latencies) is stored locally and leaves your device only if you export and share it yourself.
This website is a static page: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party resources.
The current policy is published at this address and can only change together with an app update.
